She has gone through health challenges that have left her leading a gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, corn-free, caffeine and alcohol free diet. If there's one person who knows how to build a meal plan, it's Laetitia! She has worked with vegan clients and has done recipe development for various projects. She knows the power of supplementing a diet with vegetables. 

We know that life can get super busy and cooking for a family or a large group of guests is not exactly your top priority. Our chef combines her passion for holistic nutrition, plant-based cooking and meal prep to design custom meals that meet your needs.
